As announced on social media by H.SKRZYDLEWSKA ORZEŁ Łódź, Janusz Ślączka has ceased to perform the duties of the team’s coach. He held the position since the beginning of this season, replacing Maciej Jąder.
- Janusz Ślączka joined H.SKRZYDLEWSKA ORZEŁ after the 2024 season. At that time, he parted ways with KRONO-PLAST WŁÓKNIARZ Czestochowa after a year of work.
- For Ślączka, this was his third attempt at leading the team from Łódź. He was previously a coach at H.SKRZYDLEWSKA ORZEŁ in the years 2011-2013 and 2017-2018.

– As of July 5, 2025, Janusz Ślączka ceased to perform the role of coach for the H.Skrzydlewska Orzeł Łódź team. The last match under his leadership was the 10th round of the Metalkas 2. Ekstraliga against Texom Stal Rzeszów. KŻ Orzeł Łódź thanks coach Janusz Ślączka for his commitment and previous cooperation and wishes him success and many achievements in his future coaching career – the statement reads.
