On Saturday (June 7), two qualifying rounds for next year’s FIM Speedway Grand Prix took place. Two Poles advanced to the Grand Prix Challenge, which is the final qualifying phase.
In Zarnovica, the best was Anders Thomsen. Second place went to Matej Zagar. On the third step of the podium was Kacper Woryna. Perhaps the KRONO-PLAST WŁÓKNIARZA Częstochowa rider would have taken a higher position if not for a breakdown in the extra race for victory in the competition. Additionally, Martin Vaculik and Andzejs Lebedevs secured a pass to the Speedway Grand Prix 2026 final eliminations.
In Italian Lonigo, Mateusz Cierniak triumphed. The second spot went to Francis Gusts. In an additional race for the third spot, Rasmus Jensen defeated Jan Kvech. After twenty races, five riders had 9 points each. Consequently, a mini-tournament was organized for the last position worthy of advancement to the GP Challenge. Kevin Woelbert emerged victorious.
