The Polish Motor Union has published a Communication regarding the decisions made by the Team for League Licensing in Speedway Sports for the 2026 season (dated 11.12.2025).

- Grudziądz Motorcycle Club SA – conditional license with derogation
- Unia Leszno SSA – conditional license with derogation
- Speedway Lublin SA – conditional license with derogation
- Sports Club Toruń SA – conditional license
- Wrocław Sports Society SA – conditional license
- Zielona Góra Speedway Club SSA – conditional license
Metalkas 2nd Ekstraliga:
- Orzeł Łódź Speedway Club SA – conditional license
- Sports Club ROW Rybnik SA – conditional license
- H69 Speedway SA Rzeszów – conditional license with derogation
- Wilki Krosno SA – regular license
National Speedway League:
- Lokomotive Daugavpils – conditional license with derogation
- Automobile Club Landshut e.V in ADAC – conditional license with derogation
- Sports Club Silesia Świętochłowice SA – conditional license
- Unia Tarnów SSA – refusal to grant license
