From the very beginning of voting for the Szczakiele, one of the categories is the selection of the best race of the season. We present a summary of the best races of each season starting from the 2015 season.
- 2015 Season – Tomasz Gollob
The author of the most exciting race in the 2015 season was the great master – Tomasz Gollob. The individual World Champion from 2010 had a phenomenal battle with Matej Zagar and Krzysztof Kasprzak, in which he emerged victorious only in the last meters of the Grudziadz track.
- 2016 Season – Tomasz Gollob
In the 2016 season, once again, the author of the best race of the season was Tomasz Gollob. The Pole competed in this race with Vaclav Milik and Tai Woffinden, and his race partner was Artem Laguta.
- 2017 Season – Patryk Dudek
The distinction for the best race of the 2017 season went to Patryk Dudek, who managed to outperform Chris Holder and Greg Hancock, thus securing a victory for his home team.
- 2018 Season – Leon Madsen
In 2018, the award for the best race of the season was taken by Leon Madsen. The Dane, alongside Matej Zagar, tried to achieve a favorable result for his team, facing opponents Artem Laguta and Antonio Lindbaeck.
- 2019 Season – Emil Sayfutdinov
The undeniable winner in the category of the best race of the 2019 season was Emil Sayfutdinov. The rider, then representing FOGO UNIA Leszno, showcased several breathtaking charges, after which the experienced rider’s superiority had to be acknowledged by Jakub Miskowiak.
- 2020 Season – Emil Sayfutdinov
The choice of the CANAL+ platform for the race of the 2020 season was the 9th heat of the final match of MOJE BERMUDY STAL Gorzow against FOGO UNIA Leszno. The author of the distinguished race was Emil Sayfutdinov, who fought an exciting battle against Jack Holder and Bartosz Zmarzlik.
- 2021 Season – Daniel Bewley
The most exciting race of the 2021 season was the 14th race of the final clash between PLATINUM MOTOR Lublin and BETARD SPARTA Wroclaw, where the British rider – Daniel Bewley – impressed with excellent passes near the fence.
- 2022 Season – Bartosz Zmarzlik
Bartosz Zmarzlik is the author of the best race of the 2022 season. The Pole, in a match between PLATINUM MOTOR Lublin and STAL Gorzow, displayed eye-catching and effective racing over the distance. In addition to the Pole, the participants in this confrontation were Dominik Kubera, Patrick Hansen and Mikkel Michelsen.
- 2023 Season – Robert Lambert
The 15th race of the 6th round PGE Ekstraliga match between FOR NATURE SOLUTIONS KS Apator Torun and PLATINUM Motor Lublin was chosen as the best race of the 2023 season. The hero of the decisive race was Robert Lambert, who advanced from the last position to second, sealing the victory for the Torun Angels.
- 2024 Season – Anders Thomsen
The race of 2024 turned out to be the 4th heat of the Lubuskie Derbies between NOVYHOTEL FALUBAZ Zielona Gora and EBUT.PL STAL Gorzow. The hero of this confrontation was Anders Thomsen; the Dane did something seemingly impossible by advancing from last place to first.
