TEXOM STAL announced changes resulting from the sale of shares in the club by the previous president Michał Drymało. Consequently, the new president of the Rzeszów club is Katarzyna Marszałek, who acquired all the shares from the former head of TEXOM STAL.
– We inform you that the process of selling shares of H69 Speedway S.A. has concluded. The new majority shareholder of the Club is Mrs. Katarzyna Marszałek, who acquired all shares from Mr. Michał Drymało. Today, a Supervisory Board meeting was also held, during which – due to Mr. Michał Drymało’s resignation – the Supervisory Board entrusted the current Board Member, Mrs. Katarzyna Marszałek, with the position of President of the Management Board of H69 Speedway S.A. We also inform you that in the coming days, the Management Board will publish a separate statement containing a financial summary of the past season – wrote TEXOM STAL Rzeszów in an official statement.
