The GEZET STALI Gorzów team finished the season in the penultimate position in the PGE Ekstraliga and by winning the relegation play-off with ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz, secured their place among the best teams in Poland. However, the club faces a tremendous amount of work to address current financial issues.
- GEZET STAL Gorzów is fighting to straighten out its uncertain financial situation. Despite securing their spot in the PGE Ekstraliga through sport, the team is still unsure of their place in the elite.
- The beginning of the season did not go as planned, but in the end, the players caught a rhythm and we managed to stay in the PGE Ekstraliga. We are currently preparing for the licensing process. In the future, we want to utilize the potential of our homegrown talents, both Polish and international, like Adam Bednar and Mathias Pollestad – Dariusz Wróbel on the current situation of the Gorzów club.
