The last match of the 2025 season took place at the stadium in Gorzów Wielkopolski. The hosts fought to remain in the PGE Ekstraliga and succeeded in this task. GEZET STAL defeated the METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga team 53:37 (aggregate 96:84).

The opening race ended in a draw, with Szymon Woźniak finishing first, who had raced for the Gorzów team last season. The youth race also ended in a draw. In the 3rd race, Oleksandr Loktayev received a yellow card for falling on the track without contact with an opponent. In the rerun, Tom Brennan fought and brought in Anders Thomsen behind him. In the last race of this series, another ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz rider, this time Maksymilian Pawełczak, also received a yellow card. Krzysztof Buczkowski fought with Hubert Jabłoński for the second position throughout all four laps in the rerun. Ultimately, the hosts made up for the deficit from the first match.
The second series of starts began with a double victory for the hosts. However, in the next race, the visitors responded in the same way! Szymon Woźniak was flawless, and Tom Brennan, for the second time, defeated Anders Thomsen. In the 7th race, again a double victory was brought by the hosts, taking the lead in the aggregate.
The streak of double victories continued in the next series. First, in the 8th race, the hosts arrived first, and already in the next race, the visitors did it. The best riders for the Bydgoszcz team at this stage were undoubtedly Tom Brennan and Szymon Woźniak.
At the start of the fourth series of starts, Woźniak excelled, defeating Martin Vaculik and Anders Thomsen. In the 11th race, Szymon Woźniak fell on the track, however, the race was rerun with the full lineup. Unfortunately, this match was full of accidents, as in the next heat a dangerous fall was recorded by Tom Brennan. After his exclusion, the lone Kacper Andrzejewski failed to beat the opponents. The 13th race sealed the victory and GEZET STAL Gorzów’s stay in the PGE Ekstraliga.
The fourteenth race was uneventful, Andrzej Lebedevs confidently sped for 3 points, followed by the visitor’s youth riders and Mikołaj Krok. To squeeze out the last drop of luck, in the final race of this season, the Bydgoszcz team won by 4:2.
