The last week of January is primarily about summarizing activities during the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, interacting with fans, and gradually preparing for league racing.
As every year, teams got involved in fundraising for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. Players not only joined local staffs, but also organized auctions. Until February 2, it is possible to participate in an auction for a meeting with Grzegorz Zengota.
Clubs are also continuing preparations for the start of the 2026 season. KRONO-PLAST WŁÓKNIARZ Częstochowa invites fans to a player presentation, while GEZET STAL Gorzów unveils the first details related to the Edward Jancarz Memorial. Grzegorz Walasek, has announced the end of his long career, and his farewell tournament will take place on April 5 at the stadium in Zielona Góra.
Winter is the perfect time for teams to interact with fans. STELMET FALUBAZ Zielona Góra organized a match against Leon Madsen on a starter machine simulator for the local community. Meanwhile, speedway riders from ORLEN OIL MOTOR Lublin and BAYERSYSTEM GKM Grudziądz visited nearby schools.
The upcoming season also brings changes for riders competing in the U24 Ekstraliga. The speedway league has revealed the competition schedule and introduced the training competition system.
