The 2026 season brings significant changes in U24 Ekstraliga competitions. The previously known league format of the regular phase, modeled after PGE Ekstraliga and METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga, will be replaced by four-team matches. In one round, there will be two hosts and three other teams. Each club will organize three such competitions (previously being the host eight times).

The full schedule of the U24 Ekstraliga is available HERE.
The schedule foresees a total of twelve rounds without the final two-match, as was the case before (previously the system consisted of sixteen phases and two matches for the first place). The order of teams is determined by the sum of match points. Scoring for a single round:
- 1st place – 3 pts
- 2nd place – 2
- 3rd place – 1
- 4th place – 0
In case of an equal number of points in the table, the order will be decided by: the number of race points, followed by first, second, third, and fourth places in all rounds.
Team Composition
Each team will consist of four players under 24 years of age (optionally also a reserve player, who is not mandatory). The limit of race point average that qualifies for participation remains unchanged – 1.400 or less (plus conversion factors from lower leagues). There are also no limits regarding players with Polish or foreign licenses. Teams will not be allowed to use the so-called „Player Replacement” and „guest” function.

Race Format
Each four-team match will consist of 18 races (one race involves two players from two teams). Ordinary reserves are allowed for touching the tape. Teams cannot use tactical reserves, and riders cannot swap starting positions. Single competitions can be considered completed after 12 races.
