Express Bydgoski, Nowości, and Gazeta Pomorska distributed awards for the best athletes of Kujawsko-Pomorskie as part of their competition. Among the winners were athletes, clubs from the PGE Ekstraliga, as well as the title sponsor METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga.
The best athlete became Patryk Dudek – Individual Polish Champion, European Champion, and Team Polish Champion of the year 2025 with PRES GROUP DEVELOPERS Toruń. Also, in the top „ten” was Maksymilian Pawełczak from ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz.
The „Coach of the Year” award went to Piotr Baron, who with the Toruń club clinched gold in the PGE Ekstraliga. The third place was taken by Jacek Woźniak, thanks to whom the speedway school in Bydgoszcz is full of speedway talents.
The Team of the Year was selected as PRES GROUP DEVELOPERS Toruń. Just behind the club were the youth players of ABRAMCZYK POLONIA, who won gold in the Junior Polish Team Championships.
The editors also chose the „Talent of the Year”. It was Maksymilian Pawełczak. Additionally, a special award for achievements in the 2025 season was accepted by Wiktor Przyjemski.
There were also recognitions for Patrons of Sport. Among the laureates were companies like METALKAS (title sponsor of METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga), ABRAMCZYK (title sponsor of POLONIA Bydgoszcz), and PRES GROUP DEVELOPERS (title sponsor of the club from Toruń).
